Mayor "bullish" on Sitka

SITKA, ALASKA Mayor Scott McAdams is bullish on Sitka.
McAdams, who was elected to the mayor’s seat on the assembly last October, gave his first “state of the city” address to the Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday.
