Sitkan Bill Foster dazzles the crowd during one of two showings of wearable art over the weekend. Foster is a retired Alaska Airlines baggage handler (and biology teacher); his piece goes a long way toward explaining why our luggage may have gone missing over the years. Next up for Sitka’s ArtiGras: The first-ever “Tattoo as Body Art” Show on Monday, March 12. Warning: Foster will be in that show, too!
