One-day Drive, raffle, and Stardust: Let the noise begin!

Alaska Airlines raffle tickets will remain on sale through Alaska Day (10-18-12). Stardust Ball tickets will go on sale for Raven Radio members on October 11 (at the station, in person or by phone 10AM – 5PM, 907-747-5877), and for the general public on October 12 (at Old Harbor Books).

When the Sitka Assembly meets tonight (10-25-16), they’ll focus mostly on funding decisions: what to save, what to spend, and how. That includes a transfer to the Public Infrastructure Sinking Fund, which pays for city roads and sidewalks, and expenses related to the August 2015 landslide. more
