Sitka Community Theater’s Shannon Haugland, Ashia Lane, and Tracy Turner discuss this Friday’s (11-30-12) Radio Theater at the Sitka Performing Arts Center. Featured pieces include “Kaleidoscope” by Ray Bradbury, and three short works by Sitkan-turned-Seattle playwright John Longenbaugh. Tickets are $8 adults, $5 students/seniors at Old Harbor Books, or at the door.

Edgecumbe has been hosting the Region V Basketball tournament for 1A schools, and the championship games are tonight. Meanwhile in the 3A tourney in Ketchikan, both title games will be played tomorrow (Sat 3-7-15). more
