Sitka High activities director Mike Vieira and MEHS athletic director Andrew Friske talk about next Monday evening’s (12-17-12) contest between the Fab4 Streetball team and the Sitka All-Stars (6PM at the BJ McGillis gym on the Mt. Edgecumbe campus). It’s a benefit for the high school activities scholarship fund, which supports student participation in extra-curricular activies.
The Fab4 Streetball team is from Hollywood, where most of its players work as stand-ins and body-doubles for NBA athletes in television commercials, movies, and other productions. The team is headed up by former Ketchikan basketball player Jesse LeBeau.
