Alaska Marine Safety Education Association training coordinator Rick Petersen and first aid director Eric Van Cise will talk about AMSEA's expansion into offering Mariner's First Aid and Wilderness Advanced First Aid courses. The programs emphasize care when help might be some time in coming.
