‘Jazz on the Waterfront’ a blast from the past

Sitka Fine Arts Camp director Roger Schmidt says he’s ready to “party into the night” at this year’s Jazz on the Waterfront (7 PM Sat Jun 29, Allen Hall, $65 at Old Harbor Books or online). A twenty-piece orchestra featuring Kyle Athade on trumpet will play jazz classics from the 1930s.
