Did you know that every public radio program has a clock? Broadcast clocks are set templates that stations like ours use to track the timing of a show’s stories and interviews, newscasts, and funding credits each day. Beginning on Monday, November 17th, NPR is making some changes to the broadcast clocks for Morning Edition and All Things Considered. So what does this mean to you as a listener? Not too much. The changes will be slight, and we’ve been working hard here at Raven Radio to ensure that you’re listening experience is only minorly affected. Since our automation system had to be adjusted, we do appreciate your patience while we get things settled. We’ll be giving feedback to NPR as things roll out, so if you have questions or comments please contact rebecca@kcaw.org.
