Sitka High School took top honors for the second time in the school’s history in the 2016 Alaska High School Mock Trial Competition in Anchorage earlier this month (03-06-16). Sitka Sentinel’s Tom Hesse interviews students Will Pate, Debbie Yearwood, Danika Weaver, and Anisa Salieva.
SHS Team 1 took home first prize and SHS Team 2 placed fourth in the two-day statewide mock trial contest, hosted by the Alaska Bar Association.
