A group of protestors hold signs opposing Rear Adm. Thomas Ostebo, as passengers arrive on Alaska Airlines flight 62 Wednesday morning. Ostebo is the commander of the Coast Guard in Alaska, and he flew to Sitka to meet with Alaska Coast Guard aviators at Air Station Sitka.
