John Hays is the adopted father of 15 children, all of whom were prenatally exposed to alcohol. Since then, he and his wife have worked to learn all they can about Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, and how to help the children who are affected. He’ll speak in Sitka tonight about relationship parenting at 7 p.m. at the Sheetka Kwaan Naa Kahidi.
