The Assembly conducted a double-header of ceremonial business last night (4-12-16), when they honored Mt. Edgecumbe students who competed in the Arctic Winter Games in Greenland and the Sitka High Boys Basketball team for rescuing tenants from an Anchorage apartment fire.

Mayor Mim McConnell read and awarded honors to Tevin Bayne, Oliver Baker-Moore, Braden Case, Trevan Coleman, Tristan Duncan, Jesse Langtiegne, Andrew Rule, CJ Taccad, Marjo Vidad, and Messiah Vidad (members of the Boys Basketball Team) and Josh Geoden, JD Gagner, and Sydnee Kimber from Mt. Edgecumbe High School.
