Lisa Hutton (aka Hotwheelz) and Stephanie Kruse (Titan) with the Sitka Sound Slayers Roller Derby League discuss this weekend’s game against the Rat City Throttle Rockets (7 p.m. Saturday, March 17, at the Hames Center, tickets $15 at Old Harbor Books, kids 5 and under free). The two teams met last year and Sitka scored a narrow victory. Roller Derby is a nationwide women’s club sport organized by the Womens Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA).
