Raven Radio’s fundraiser Stardust Ball has been reimagined in a safe, socially-distanced way – with ghoulishly delicious take-out from Beak Restaurant. Dinners will be available for pick up on Saturday, October 31st, from 5 PM to 7 PM.

No matter how you celebrate, you won’t need to worry about making dinner decisions on Halloween. And best of all? You’re supporting your community radio station. Help us be there all year-round, in all times frightful or fair!

MENU DETAILS

Adult Prix Fixe Menu – Meat Option

This fang-tastic three course meal will warm your spirits! Includes a Full Moon Squash Salad, Vampire Repelling 44-Clove Garlic Soup, and Wild Hunt Reindeer Stew. This is a portion for one adult person.

  • Full Moon Squash Salad – Roast squash, arugula, balsamic, toasted sunflower seeds, goat cheese
  • Vampire Repelling 44-Clove Garlic Soup – Garlic cloves: 28 are roasted and then peeled, 18 are peeled and then simmered. Finished with parmesan cheese
  • Wild Hunt Reindeer Stew – This stew will give you the sustenance to fight monsters! Reindeer chunks simmered in a rich sauce with potato, carrot, celery, mushroom, butternut squash

Adult Prix Fixe Menu – Vegetarian Option

If your diet doesn’t feature creatures, this option is for you. Includes a Full Moon Squash Salad, Vampire Repelling 44-Clove Garlic Soup, and I Ain’t Alfredo No Ghosts Pasta. This is a portion for one adult person.

Kid’s Meal – No need for your trick-or-treater to stay up pasta their bedtime for dinner. Order this kid’s sized portion of mac and cheese to come with your meal.

Wine or Beer – We’re pleased to offer two excellent spooky selections. Please note: when adding this to your order, that you must bring photo ID to the pick-up. If you do not, we won’t be able to serve you. Nor will we be able to refund your alcohol purchase at pick-up, so please plan ahead.

Wine – 19 Crimes Red Blend

This medium bodied, deep red blend is bold with strong fruit flavors and hints of sweet blackberry. Bottled in Australia, 750 mL. It’s no crime to love this wine.

Beer – Migrating Eyes

A saison from Anchorage Brewing fermented in oak foudres and finished on peaches and apricots. It’s a collaboration with Tired Hands Brewing out of Ardmore, PA. This beer is particularly dry, and pours very light with slight amounts of carbonation.

Dessert – Don’t want to be goblin up all your Halloween candy stash? Add a S’more parfait with chocolate pudding, toasted marshmallow, and graham crackers.
