US Chamber won’t pull Sitkans into senate election fight
The US Chamber of Commerce has thrown its weight behind the effort to unseat Alaska Sen. Mark Begich in this fall’s election. Chris Eyler, the director of the Northwest Region of the US Chamber of Commerce, says not every local chamber agrees with the national organization’s picks. During his presentation Wednesday (6-25-14), Eyler was questioned by the Sitka Chamber about its support of Dan Sullivan.
