Census seeks to measure economic impact of music in Alaska
In cities like Austin, Nashville and Seattle, music is a key driver of the economy. Alaska isn’t a music destination like those places – but a group of independent musicians wants to change that. They launched Alaska’s first music census in an effort to get the first real data on the impact of music on the state’s economy.
