Becky Latanich, Chief of Interpretation and Education at Sitka National Historical Park, talks about their new 1-hour tour of Russian-American history through downtown Sitka.

The Russian-American walking tour, guided by a ranger, is offered Wednesdays and Thursdays this month. It begins at 10:30 a.m. at the Russian Bishop’s House and ventures to Building #29 (currently the Log Cache), St. Michael’s Cathedral, the Russian Block House, and ends at Castle Hill.
