Sitka kicks off major trash study
During a work session on Tuesday night, the Sitka Assembly heard from contractors tasked with creating a top-to-bottom assessment of how the city handles trash and recycling. Representatives of the firm CB&I outlined the process that will, they hope, lead to a new master plan by September.
