Kidical Mass is the biggest global family bike ride ever! And is coming to Sitka for the first time this year. The event starts at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 19, at the playground and tennis courts across from Alaska Arts Southeast campus. Doug Osborne, the Director of Health Promotion at Sitka Community Hospital, was joined by Kealoha Harmon of Big Brothers, Big Sisters to talk about the event. The bike ride ends at Keet Gooshi Heen Elementary School with activities, door prizes, contests, and fun on the playground. For more information call Doug Osborne at 747-0373.
