Santa Claus — or Père Noël as he is known in France — has just returned from the Paris Climate Summit. He and his Climate Policy Advisor, Rainy Winters Ph.D., outline the North Pole’s radical agenda for reducing carbon emissions, both at the North Pole and worldwide. With KCAW’s Robert Woolsey.
