Bioblitz is a 24-hour survey to document every species of flora and fauna in a community. Kitty LaBounty of University of Alaska southeast, Jessica Gill of Sitka Tribe of Alaska’s Resource Protection Department and Aaron Prussian of the U.S. Forest Service are taking fourth graders from Keet Goshi Heen elementary School to Starrigavan for a Junior BioBlitz on April 27.
