Angie Bowers will be teaching a Salmon Culture Lab October 26th – 28th at the Sitka Sound Science Center. The class is offered through the University of Alaska Southeast’s Fisheries Technology Program. Bowers is SSSC’s Aquaculture Director.

The class is open to the public, but is primarily for online students to have a chance to visit the hatchery in a three-day hands on laboratory. Includes: eggtake techniques, feeding techniques, and rearing.
