Courtney Sina Meredith is a poet, playwright, fiction writer and musician. She says, “I never wanted my work to just look beautiful on the page.” The New Zealand native is a student in the prestigious International Writers Program at the University of Iowa. She’ll be in Sitka with the Island Institute through the end of the month, with open office hours weekdays at noon, an artist talk 7-8:30 Tue Nov 22, and a workshop 7-8:30 on Wed Nov 23.
