Open enrollment in the Health Insurance Marketplace began on November 1. Andrea Thomas is the patient health benefits manager at SEARHC- she joined KCAW’s Erin Fulton in the studio Monday (11/4/19) to discuss open enrollment and resources for Sitkans as they navigate the marketplace this winter.
