Siena Reid and Vivian Yéilk’ Mork join KCAW for the Morning Interview ahead of their berry propagation workshop. They will co-host the workshop that plans to teach Sitkans how to prep Southeast Alaska berry seeds to produce more berries. Reid is the Kayaaní Commission Coordinator with Sitka Tribe of Alaska and Yéilk’ Mork is an educator, artist, and business owner. Together, they hope this workshop gives more people access to native berries.
