Read MoreBurt Augst, the longtime Raven Radio supporter and host of "Lullabies, Legends & Lies" passed away December 5th. Burt and Steve Will often bantered as Burt's show ended and Steve's "Air Traffic Control with Xeno" began. Former Program Director Jake Schumacher said today, "Somewhere Burt and Xeno are making great radio together." Burt also played the role of Barney Watt, owner of Esmeralda the Bear, in the locally produced radio theater series "Haven Bay." Burt stayed in touch and supported Raven Radio since 1989, when he and his wife moved to Nashville. He last visited Sitka in 2012, during Raven Radio's 30th anniversary celebrations.
