Aaron Jacobs, a senior hydrologist and meteorologist, joins KCAW for the Morning Interview. Jacobs examines the water cycle to help with weather and flood forecasting for the National Weather Service. He’s in Sitka working with the U.S. Geological Survey Land Hazards Group to research the connection between atmospheric conditions and landslide risks in Southeast Alaska.
