Due to ongoing construction on Lake Street, the lineup for Wednesday’s (10-18-17) Alaska Day parade has changed. The Sitka Police Department has instructed marchers to begin assembly at the SPD parking lot, then lineup along Oja Way. Monastery Street, and down to Lincoln Street. The parade will begin at the intersection of Oja Way and Lake Street at 1:30 p.m. The route will be the same as in years past.
