Alaska Bulk Water given another chance

Though not a single drop of raw water has been exported, the Sitka Assembly is offering Alaska Bulk Water Incorporated another chance to deliver on their promises. At the company’s request, the Sitka Assembly on Tuesday (10-27-15) agreed to extend their contract for the sixth time.

Police identify cemetery vandals as group of juveniles

Sitka Police have caught the culprits behind a series of vandalisms in a 200-year-old cemetery. The police acted on a handful of tips from citizens. Lance Ewers, the Sitka Police Lieutenant, described the culprits as a small group of juveniles between the ages of 10 and 12.
