There is NO tsunami advisory in the wake of the small earthquake which shook Sitka this afternoon.The West Coast and Alaska Tsunami Warning Center reports thatk an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 4.7 struck about 45 miles southwest of Sitka at 12:45 PM (11-05-11). The epicenter was twelve miles below the surface.
