Park to restore ‘visual corridor’ to historic battlefield

Brinnen Carter is the Chief of Resources at Sitka National Park. The 1804 battlefield was once open from the forest to the shoreline, but has since grown over. He'll discuss plans for the park's "Battlefield Restoration" 5 p.m. Wednesday, February 22, in the Visitor Center.
